The summer of 2026 marks our 99th camp season!

June 20 through August 15, 2026

  • All of our sessions begin and end on Saturdays except 4th session which begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday.
  • Session age ranges:
    • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Session: 7 – 14 years
    • 4th and 5th Session: 9 – 14 years
    • Family camp: All ages!
  • New Camper Orientation:
    April 18, 2026     > 10am – 4pm

1st session: June 20 – June 27 (one week)

2nd session: June 27 – July 4 (one week)

3rd session: July 4 – 18 (two weeks)

4th session: July 19 – August 1 (two weeks, Sunday start)

5th session: August 1 – August 15 (two weeks)

Family Camp Weekend: August 21 – 23 (Fri – Sun)

A deposit of $200 per camper is due at the time of registration. The remaining tuition balance is due by April 1st for all sessions.

Other Rates

Family Camp Weekend …. $200/Adult … $150/Child under 16

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • $200 deposit due with registration.
  • Balance due April 1st.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

  • Cancellation or reduction of sessions after April 1st shall incur a $100 charge per occurrence.
  • No refunds of any tuition will be made after June 1st.

Note: Cancellation fee applies when cancelling part of a previous registration

LATE ARRIVALS/ EARLY DEPARTURES

  • Non-emergency late arrivals, early departures, and leaving during the session must be approved by the office and are subject to a $40 service charge.

TUITION ASSISTANCE

  • Please don’t let cost be the reason you don’t send your child to camp. Funds are available through the Dark Waters Campership Trust Fund for partial tuition assistance.

  • Sliding scale financial aid is available! Our application process has recently been streamlined and standardized. Application and instructions are available on our online portal at the time of registration.
